Die-casting

The die casting process is versatile for producing engineered metal parts by forcing molten metal under high pressure into reusable steel molds. These molds, called dies, can be designed to produce complex shapes with a high degree of accuracy and repeat-ability. Parts can be sharply defined, with smooth or textured surfaces, and are suitable for a wide variety of attractive and serviceable finishes.

Our newly introduced multi-slider die casting machine has the following advantages:

1) high mold accuracy (0.005mm)

2) high production efficiency, up to 35 molds per minute. It is easy to change the mold, and the mold can be changed within 15 minutes.

3) Full hydraulic design, stable production quality, stable injection pressure, good casting density and excellent surface quality Very suitable for small precision zinc alloy die casting parts, widely used in optical modules, automotive industry.
